Not at all. You don’t need a diagnosis, clear goal, or plan to begin. Some people come with a specific concern, others with a general sense of tension, confusion, or curiosity. We’ll start where you are and take it from there.
These often overlap, but they differ in focus:
- Counseling allows space for emotional depth, uncertainty, and self-reflection — often around patterns, identity, or relationships.
- Coaching is more structured and goal-oriented — often focused on decisions, performance, or change.
My approach combines both as needed.
People come with a wide range of topics:
- Relationship issues, break-ups, or recurring emotional patterns
- Life decisions (moving, changing jobs, letting go of something)
- Habits like alcohol use, emotional dependency, or disconnection from self
- Creative blocks, stress, overwhelm, or feeling stuck
- Cross-cultural or identity-related questions — many clients live between countries or roles
I’ve worked with self-employed professionals, business owners, artists, musicians, actors, and other creatives, and I understand some of the unique emotional demands they face. My space is inclusive and open to people of all backgrounds, genders, and identities.
If something is beyond my scope, I’ll name it clearly and help you find the right support.
My approach is informed by a variety of psychological and creative frameworks, including:
- Person-centered dialogue
- Inner child and parts work
- Elements from CBT and ACT (in a non-clinical context)
- Somatic practices inspired by body-based work and acting
- Creative tools like storytelling, role play, and imagination
If you're engaged in practices like yoga or meditation, we can build on those experiences — or focus more on emotional reflection and integration, depending on what feels most supportive.
I do not offer psychotherapy.
My work is non-clinical and not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Occasionally, we might go a few minutes over. Longer sessions can be arranged in advance.
“Sometimes one focused hour is already a small act of change.”
Counselling isn’t limited to the sessions. I often offer workbooks, reflective exercises, and light homework tailored to your goals. You’re also welcome to reach out between sessions for brief check-ins or questions. This ongoing support helps you stay engaged and make meaningful progress between our meetings.
That depends. Weekly sessions are helpful to start. Later, some people switch to biweekly or flexible rhythms. We can decide together what works best.
English, German, and Italian — whichever feels most natural. I also speak some Portuguese and understand Spanish and French, so feel free to reach out in your preferred language.
A quiet, private space, stable internet, and a device with camera and microphone. You’ll receive a secure Zoom link before the session.
They're flexible, accessible, and save travel time. Studies show that online counselling can be just as effective and personal as in-person sessions – especially for concerns like stress, anxiety, or life transitions. Many clients report feeling just as connected and supported online as they do face-to-face.
A 50-minute session € 80€ . I offer reduced-fee spots for students or individuals in financial difficulty — just ask. Package rates are available: 5 sessions for 380€, 10 sessions for 700€. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or Calendly (PayPal, Stripe). My pricing is aligned with the GOP fee schedule (PDF), a standard used for privately billed psychotherapy in Germany. While my services are non-clinical and not covered by insurance, the GOP offers a fair and transparent reference.
No. I don’t bill public or private insurance. This also means: no diagnosis is required, and your data remains private. In some cases, your employer or organization may support this work as psychological counseling, coaching or personal development. Let me know if you'd like to explore that.
No. I don’t offer clinical diagnoses or psychiatric treatment.
This is psychological counseling and coaching — not psychotherapy within the healthcare system.
That’s absolutely fine. Sometimes one focused conversation can bring clarity or movement.
“Even one hour can shift something.”
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost.
If something comes up later, just let me know — I try to be flexible. No-shows without notice may be charged in full.
“Life happens. Communication helps.”
You can email me or book directly via Calendly. I’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.
“Getting started is often the hardest — and most important — part.”
Currently, yes, but I have experience with group work and plan to offer group formats in the future. I also welcome collaborations with teams, organizations, or creative spaces, especially around wellbeing, burnout prevention, or emotional support. Feel free to reach out with ideas or requests.
