About Me

Get to know me more

Hi, I'm Martina

Psychologist (MSc.), Counselor and Coach

I’m a multilingual psychologist (M.Sc.) with a background in clinical, intercultural, and creative work. Living between languages, cultures, and identities myself, I support adults through personal transitions, relationship struggles, emotional stress, and periods of inner change, with curiosity and respect for each individual journey.

My work centers on self-discovery, transformation, and both personal and professional growth. I accompany clients through times of change in private sessions and organizational settings, especially in multilingual and multicultural environments.

I help individuals and teams manage stress, improve intercultural communication, and navigate emotional and professional challenges. At the heart of my approach is a safe, reflective space where thoughts and emotions can unfold—and meaningful, lasting change can emerge.

"In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order."

Carl Gustav Jung

Start Where You Are

Sometimes the most important step is simply reaching out, with all the questions, doubts, or overwhelm you’re carrying. I offer sessions in English, German, and Italian. You’re welcome to get in touch by email and book directly. Sometimes even a single session can bring clarity and relief.
